2009 Tahoe Drivers Side Door Control Panel Stopped Working

Assembly everything back together and plug it back into the driver side.

Disappointed to say the least. Remove the master switch from the driver door side panel. Its like the answered by a verified chevy mechanic. The controls on the drivers side door panel do not work except for passenger window.

Clean the upper circuit board with light acohol wipe. How do i remove the driver side door panel all of the controls stopped working all of a sudden for the widows. All other doors are ok but the driver door doesn t unlock half of the time. 08 tahoe every other door works fine.

All of the controls on the drivers door have stopped working. I don t know if its the switch or motor i don t. I have an 03 tahoe and the same happened to me my dvd player wouldnt turn off after opening the door foot pedal adjust buttons or my mirror turn signal. Even if i don t drive it and check it each of the 3 4 days.

Before i go tearing into things anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this and fix it. If the truck sits for a period of time hour or longer it seems to work but not always. Opening the door and closing bad connection or turning the key off and on as to reset does not seem to change it. Look for brownish spots.

Dude trust me dont go spending money until you check this. I have an 08 tahoe and my driver side window will not open. The driver window both passenger windows will not roll down from the drivers side. Recently my driver door lock has started to not work when i unlock truck with my keyless remote.

My passenger side mirror quit working several months ago and now the driver s side doesn t work either. All other windows work from the individaul controls. Very frustrating have always owned chevy but with oil cunsumption and this problem it will probably my last one. Typically will go on for 3 4 days then suddenly works again.

2008 silverado hd 2500 the driver side door control panel randomly does not work. Have searched prices of new locks and probably will repair myself. That will answer your problem on the switch. Get the four screws out and slowly ply open the master switch.

The driver lock has completely quit and the other 3 doors work randomly. They just don t do anything when you try to control them with the electric buttons. The auto doo locks do not work fo rom the drivers side but do work form passenger side and key fob. First pull your panel and see if the grey latch is fastened to the door on the harness.

Well if it s just your driver window that s not working on the switch then you need to take the door panel off of the door unplug the window motor and check for voltage at the plug.
