2010 Xc60 Doors Wont Stay Locked

I have concluded that the lock latches are frozen and not holding the doors shut.

On my 2010 xc60 when i lock the doors using the key fob there is no indication that the car is locked no flashing answered by a verified volvo mechanic. When use the lock unlock function you can here the motor in the door attempting to lock unlock but nothing happens. And now the door won t close like a bolt is in the way. What happens is that first the knob on all doors go to locked position and then on or occationally two front door knob goes up again as the door is unlocked.
